Thanks to modern design, each room offers stunning views of the ocean and the neighboring island of Koh Phangan. The living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen are comfortable for living, there is a patio with a dining area in the shade in the open air. Two sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player and an audio system in the living room.
The separate kitchen adjacent to the living room offers all modern home appliances, including a fridge / freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and, of course, all cutlery, dishes – so you can dine in one of the many beach restaurants in several walk or cook for yourself and enjoy Thai cuisine at the dining table with seating for four or al fresco in the courtyard. Sunset in the evening on Samui is truly magical !
The bedrooms are decorated in a modern style and have incredible sea views. The master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a rain shower for your convenience, and the guest bedroom with twin beds are ideal for children or friends. A second bathroom can be accessed from the living room.
Designed with your comfort, each room is air-conditioned, but can open the doors and windows too and let the sea breeze flow over you, open the glass sliding doors from floor to ceiling to the patio and you are already on the sand of Maenam Beach.

Maenam, although one of the main tourist areas of Koh Samui, remains very quiet and retains its charm of traditional Thailand. The beach is wonderful, always not crowded and in any season is good for swimming, without stones.
Your villa will be cleaned for you every fourth day with a complete change of towels and bed linen. If you need additional maid and laundry services, this can be arranged at a price of 1200 baht.
Staff provide drinking water and some soft drinks upon arrival.
Please note that no toiletries are provided, however it can easily be purchased at a local store 24/7.
Bedroom 1: (14.5 square meters) has a queen-size bed, bedside tables and lighting, a wardrobe, an armchair and a large panoramic window with unrivaled views. En suite modern bathroom (5.5 sq.m.), with a rain shower.
Bedroom 2: (14.5 sq.m.) has two single beds, which can also be moved together, large window with the same stunning views. There is also a wardrobe, bedside table, lighting and an armchair.
