This villa is a special house with bright architecture and ultramodern design elements. From the moment you arrive at the entrance with stone walls, you will want to explore this property. A large entrance opens into the garden, framed by tall stone columns that give the house a modern look with maximum use of natural materials.
To the right of the entrance is a large building with living areas, and right in front of it is the main living pavilion. This is an extremely impressive pavilion with a central water structure and entrance through wide stone steps. To the left is the living and dining room with its high vaulted ceiling and balcony overlooking the garden, large pool and ocean. Glass doors and windows almost completely surround this room, creating a very cool, bright and comfortable space.
To the right are the steps that lead to the two-storey building. On the first floor there is a bedroom with dressing room; a bathroom including an open bath from the terrazzo; a balcony overlooking the facade of the building; a large balcony overlooking the gardens, the pool and the beach. Downstairs is another bedroom with en suite bathroom.
A staircase from the living area leads to the equipped kitchen with a black granite island and high quality appliances. Next to the kitchen there is another living and tv room and both have glass doors leading to the terrace and landscaped garden.
The steps from this terrace descend to the bedroom located under the living room. This bedroom has a shower room as well as a separate covered terrace overlooking the garden, pool and sea.
At the front of this room is a beautiful landscaped garden and a landscaped pool. On the right side of the house there is a pavilion with two more bedrooms. They are divided into an inner garden, each with a dressing room, bathroom and a romantic outdoor bathtub from the terrazzo where you can fully relax under the stars. Behind this pavilion there is another garden and then a white sandy beach. To the left of this pavilion is an impressive landscape pool with blue tiles and an indoor pavilion with pool bar and kitchen.
Everywhere you look you will see where the villa has been specially designed with the existing trees in mind and despite the modern finishes and the combination of modern style with more traditional elements, this house is conveniently located in a tropical location by the sea.

Lipa Noi beach is one of the best on the island: soft white sand, good conditions for swimming, great views of the famous five islands, Ang Tong Marine Park and the continent, it is ideally located for admiring the legendary sunsets of Koh Samui.
During the summer low tide, when the reef can dry out to 100m, it opens the beach and reef to all kinds of other activities such as beach volleyball or just coral exploration and shellfish gathering, safe and ideal for children. Canals for swimming and sea kayaking still remain at low tide.

The villa's permanent staff will ensure that the villa is kept clean and tidy and the villa manager is ready to meet all the specific needs of the guests and to assist in organizing events, massages and spa treatments, as well as in communicating with the Thai chef and solving any issues that arise.
Our Guest Relations team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check-in) to ensure a pleasant stay or to resolve any issues that arise at the villa.
Bed linen is changed every third day and towels are changed as needed.
